Fees for Intellectual Property are determined on a case-by-case basis. Whenever possible, and if agreeable to the client, fees are based upon fixed fee quotations. Hourly fees are also available when desired by the client or, when necessitated by uncertainty of total services required. Contingent fee services in Plaintiff litigation matters for copyright and trademark infringement matters may be available on a case-by-case basis.
